This class is designed for expecting parents that want to best prepare themselves for the postpartum stage (the weeks that follow the birth).

We all know that the weeks following a baby’s arrival are overflowing with baby cuddles, tiny socks and shoes, heart exploding type of love, and precious coos. Nevertheless, the postpartum season stands as one of the most significant and profound life transitions one can encounter. This two hour class will dig into all that the postpartum season may hold for you. It will offer practical preparation strategies to support mama & baby’s physical health, emotional changes, and holistic wellness during this sensitive time.

We will provide guidance on proper nutrition, effective communication strategies with partners, and ways to nurture the mother’s mental, physical, and emotional wellness during the postpartum journey.  After all, when a baby is born, so is a mother. Our goal for this class is not just to educate, but also to create a supportive environment where families can feel empowered and confident as they enter into life after birth.

This class will be taught by Hannah, a mother and Postpartum Doula of , who is wildly passionate about making sure every mother feels just as loved, supported, and held as the new baby. 

The cost for this class is $30 and covers you and your partner.
